Healthy Eating

Food determines our sensations, our quality, gives or takes away our energy, it takes up our time. Speaking of eating habits, humanity does not realize that it understands nothing, and that it simply follows certain reactions, foundations and traditions. Throughout his life Man develops his own experience on the topic of "eating" and forms his own style. This experience affects Man’s physiological properties and, as a consequence, his resulting dependencies. No matter how we view eating, it determines our behavior.

The phrase ‘healthy eating’ has no specific meaning, what’s important is that before you develop certain eating habits, you need to change the functioning of your consciousness and you need to gain experience in existing as an organism in these new conditions. This process is often quite long and painful. And it doesn’t really matter if you are a meat eater, a vegetarian or a vegan – none of these has anything to do with healthy eating.

The fact that the vegetarian eats less mortal food does not guarantee that he’s filling himself with high-quality energy. It would seem that the direction is right yet there’s no internal implementation, while on the other hand the sausage eaters enjoy their rough experiences.

However the most important thing here is that if Man’s nutrition is not coordinated, and the person does not understand how eating can lead to a high-quality existence, it doesn’t really matter what we eat and how we eat it. So before you deal with the very mechanism of eating, you need to understand the different types of nutrition.

Types of nutrition

  • Eating mortal food
  • Vegetarianism
  • Vegan nutrition
  • Taste nutrition
  • Energy drinks/foods nutrition
  • Crystals nutrition
  • Geometrical nutrition
  • Saliva nutrition
  • Prana nutrition

So, there are eight basic types of nutrition, and each type can be further divided into three subcategories, depending on the varying frequency characteristics. From that point on everything depends on the category we represent.

However, the representation of a certain category does not determine our health. One of the most important criteria here is the water and generally all the liquids that we drink.

The next important question is: Has the person developed or expressed a reaction to food, or, simply put, have we determined what influences or affects the formation of our taste?

Through our taste we can determine what eating is for us. It may be a sensation, an emotion, it may be a feeling, or even an experience. Each of these creates its own dependence, and this dependence determines our behavior in relation to nutrition. So no matter if you are a meat-eater or a vegetarian, if you're addicted to food, you are incapable of determining your own priorities, because your eating does this for you.

Therefore if we really want to understand nutrition, we should start by gaining new experience. And we should not simply gain this new experience, but we should also understand the stages in the nutrition process.

Stages in the nutrition process

  • Sensations
  • Observation
  • Attention
  • Focus
  • Immersion
  • Concentration

This is the only way to understand and acquire new experience. Eating is a process, therefore we have to learn first how to observe, then how to participate in it, and then how to control it, or else for us eating will simply represent one of the following Nutrition models.

Nutrition models

  • Dependence
  • Ideology
  • Protest
  • Search for new sensations

If we do not control the process of nutrition, no matter how hard we try, we will still fall under one, or rather, under several of these models in respect to our relation to food.
