Bronislav Vinogrodskiy
The exceptional worth of Bronislav is due to his unswerving development of consciousness. The matrix quality of his vision, and the structuration he demonstrates, define him as a Great Thinker who can reveal the potential for human perfectibility. He is a man of space: he is of importance to space. The future belongs to the tasks that Bronislav Bronislavovich Vinogrodskij is dealing with.

Autobiography
Bronislav Bronislavovich Vinogrodskiy was born in 1957 in the village of Hurmuli, in the Komsomol region of the Khabarovsk Krai. As a child he was a passionate reader of Count Monte Christo and How the Steel was Tempered and, instead of preparing his lessons, oblivious to the entire world, he kept turning around the wheels from dismantled mechanical clocks, obtusely observing how they swirled and pushed each other against the tin lid of a soluble coffee can. He would sit for hours on the sofa, taking out cards from the deck and observing how the movement of will was incapable of influencing the great chance. This took him to an understanding of fate in human life.
The knowledge about rotating clock wheels, about the laws of the random falling of cards and about the trajectory of the fate of Count Korchagin and Pavel Monte Christo, was his most tangible experience and impression from elementary and secondary school.
The will of fate took him to university to study Chinese but he learned nothing. Later on, realizing the infinite possibilities that the knowledge of Chinese offered, he started learning it by himself.
At the age of 24 he realized that one needs to make an effort in order to change the direction of the current of life. This discovery surged into translating the texts of different spiritual traditions for samizdat, which was effected by reading these translations at a great speed to a tape recorder.
At the age of 36 the alteration of currents produced its fruits and the currents gushed into the right directions. He came to realize what sorts of currents there were to begin with.
At the age of about 48 the directions of the currents became distinct and visible on a daily basis, i.e. life became meaningful
All this took place concurrently with the study of ancient Chinese texts, above all the Book of Changes (I Ching), and with describing the ways in which the I Ching should be understood in terms of the Chinese science of time, reflected in the Chinese calendar.
At the age of 48 he took to politics, i.e. to questions concerning the nature of power, with the aim of grasping precisely and consistently the makeup of power in his native country.
This entailed the necessity to comprehend how and for what reason history exists, where and out of what units it is being constructed, and why it can be correct or incorrect.
In the course of all this, different events took place in the mode of movement in space, changing images in society and in the heads of his countrymen. The result was the gradual dawning of the idea that images are necessary for the making of precise concepts capable of launching meanings in society.
Exploring the makeup of society and the methods of launching and disseminating meanings, he conducted several experiments. Amongst the ones that deserve mentioning was the creation of the right conceptual and material spaces for the utilization of tea by way of developing and sustaining the work of the spirit in communities.
It was necessary to do all this in order to comprehend how values were created, disseminated and transformed in the spaces of human communication. After getting the tea enterprise underway Bronislav launched the craze for Chinese nephrite in Russia, attempting to generate a conscious attitude towards the object world in the high strata of Russian society. Collecting nephrite, furthermore, was a method of realizing the action of spiritual values in objects. It gave rise to a keen awareness of the fact that everything in this world was alive and that travelling was possible only in time, through the transformation of meanings.
After his 50th anniversary Bronislav focused on the launching of methods of thinking in Russia whose goal was to restart the movement of meaning- formation during the time of the country’s existence. This goal motivated his work on the creation of a method for describing the “geopolitical history of the future spirit of the Russian people.”
Travelling along the cycles of time, in 1996, at the beginning of a 12 year cycle, in the Hermitage garden, he initiated the creation of the first Tea Culture Club, which, for him, functioned as a “laboratory for the study of social processes.” Later, the Club was transformed into the Institute for social technologies, or the IST-club in the Razumovski estate in Kazakov street. After the IST-work drew to a close, Bronislav initiated the project The Game of the Book of Changes whose goal was to launch immediately the correction of the methods of thinking in the space of the Russian people.
2008 marked the beginning of the last of the five six-year cycles which matches perfectly the task of correcting the movement of meanings in the 60-year cycle, which will end in 2044.
