Principles of the Nutrition of the Future
When putting the Nutrition of the Future system into practice we must understand its underlying principles. These principles are dependent on the level of development of the energy and the organization of the energy processes on all levels within our body.
The human organism is by nature characterized by a three-level condition for feeding determined by the three dimensions of the space we live in. Each day of our life is a coil in a spiral and its motion, rhythm and structure is determined by the development of the energy, which depends on the planetary cycle.
On top of this, there are different combinations that determine the frequency of the energetic processes within our bodies. The most important thing here is to understand these processes – this understanding constitutes the basic principles of the Nutrition of the Future system.
- The processes of filling;
- The processes of gathering;
- The processes of retention (excitation);
- The processes of absorption (circulation, rotation);
- The processes of transformation;
- The processes of assimilation;
- The processes of preservation.
Thus, we have seven basic principles, which are based on the systems of our body, on our blood vessels. Therefore, we must learn not just to consume, but to "seal" the energy of the food, which, depending on its frequency, determines the level of nutrition of the body. The higher the frequency of the food we consume (crystals), the more we nourish our fine body, which is related to the concept of the "spirit." However this body remains hidden for the average person since he or she lives in low-frequency vibrations and can not perceive the spectral characteristics of the body.
The next very important aspect is related to the nourishment of our cells and the complex systems of our body (for example, the glands of external secretion). This includes nutrition associated with such frequency characteristics that are superior to the frequency of the person’s place of residence (in this case we are talking about energy). And finally, we can talk about taste nutrition that enhances the natural properties of human energy, which helps increase the level of the energy, associated with personal characteristics.
Another important type of nutrition involves aromas, where we learn how to perceive the density of space and, consequently, how to control it through aromas.
