Rejuvenation
The rejuvenation is a topic that affects different planes of the human perception in general, and to a greater extent, of course, the perception of women. In order to understand the meaning and essence of the process of rejuvenation, it's needed to understand the conditions of aging and to learn how to arrest the primary stage of the processes of destruction, and after that restore what's possible.
The rejuvenation effect can be short-term in nature, (when a braking of the destructive processes in the body is achieved, by changing the rate of energy circulation, respiration, nutrition) or long-term (when the frequency of the energy increases, that is, the body switches from less profound process of existence to a deeper and more subtle). All of these processes could be run fast enough, in one way or another, but then it will be much more difficult to continue supporting them. But even a temporary inhibition of decay and dying cells can be considered as a regeneration of the entire organism.
The art of cell regeneration, i.e. its restoration and enhancement, in fact, is defined by the concept of rejuvenation. It's not possible to reach a rejuvenating effect without changing the tone of our entire body. Of course, there could be a partial act upon a particular organ or system of the body, but the effect will be markedly short-term.
The most important issue is the lack of energy in the body or its redundancy, violating the metabolism as a whole. Therefore, speaking of rejuvenation, what we have in mind, in the first place, is the maximum possible recovery of functions of the whole body, and then the inhibition of the processes of destruction in it. Only after that, we can talk about the renewing of the entire body.
The rejuvenation can be considered as such, if the result is achieved at the cellular level. In other words, it is not a cosmetic procedure, it is a physiological process. No matter how much we externally change ourselves, the internal processes will always be more important. They should, at a minimum, allow the storage of the energy in the body and its orientation to an internal nutrition, where the most complex and profound systems are the endocrine and reproductive systems, responsible for the creation of male or female reproductive cells.
The rejuvenation is rather a timeless, than a temporary process. That's why, the effectiveness depends, in this case, on the right combination of efforts, which enter into our consciousness, body, and, as a consequence, energy due to special exercises and nutrition.
The process of rejuvenation, as mentioned above, has to go from inside to the outside. And, it is important not to be deceived by the ideas of external changes, which are rather able to “cut” the problem, than to remove it. This is an important strategic issue, aimed at the health improvement. The improvement, not the betterment, is primary, i.e. the transition of the state of functioning of the body and consciousness to a new mode of energy nutrition. And the most important indicator here is the result of the acquisition of new, more stable experiences, capable of satisfying man with the process of life, not with some emotional outbursts.
It is clear that the question of rejuvenation today is quite speculative, and it should, therefore, be accompanied by obvious physical indicators, and not just be a matter of imagery. In today's world, we, in one way or another, age and clutter our bodies with unnecessary food, emotional behavior, respiratory failure, etc. So, the first thing we need to do, is to learn how to stop these processes. You cannot engage in rejuvenation without solving the issues related to the destruction. Either way, it is necessary, first of all, to set the effort that can stop the force of destruction.
And here, of course, the first question is nutrition: how to build the right nutrition, in order not to feed the unnecessary processes?
Second: how to change the circulation of energy in the seven systems of the body (reproductive, circulatory, skeletal, muscle, skin, tendon, endocrine)?
Third: how to stop the aging process of the body in the five matrix organs (liver, spleen, kidneys, heart, lungs, plus the uterus in women)?
And the fourth: how to achieve the desired resonant effect in the skin, in order to activate the inner breathing and get a psychological satisfaction, associated with the idea of rejuvenation?
Only by knowing and following these requirements, we implement the idea of rejuvenation as a kind of a functional model, not as a “remedy” against wrinkles.
