Speech
You say that the speech is an effective instrument for the development of consciousness and breathing. Could You please disclose this topic more deeply?
The speech is either an art of managing a certain scheme of sound line, or a mechanically used construction – memorized or reflex. The former is distinguished from the latter by the fact that in one case this is the speech of a thinking person, which means that he is able to perceive what he says. In the second case, the person is an appendage of some expression that has no depth of perception.
In fact, the perception determines the value of the speech for each person. Sometimes the perception is higher than the speech – as it is expressed, for example, in the Asians, who use hieroglyphics. In this case, we have to talk about a completely different functional meaning of the speech. Or, the speech of the Chinese, German, English and Russian man is different in the language construction, the features of perception and, most importantly, the operation. And if, for example, a person has not developed a speech perception, then he is not able to understand the speech of those, who operate with another scheme and construction. Therefore, the only unifying element is the invented-technical format, allowing to integrate the information and interact with it, but not hearing each other.
Only the correctly put speech, which carries a certain volume in itself, i.e. poetry, or the ability to tune ourselves to what we say, to pay attention to the said and, most importantly, the ability to express the frequency of the sound that fulfills our speech and can bring people together in their understanding.
Here, it is very important to understand the difference between the acceptance of what we hear, the reaction to what we hear, and the perception of what we hear. Today, very few people really understand the speech and it is very easy to fool a person, since he does not perceive the speaker, but at best he reacts to the sounds generated by the speaker. It is required to have a focus in mind, not only to hear, and not only to listen, but also to express the speech. If we are not able to do that, the speech does not carry the truth.
Plus, we can also add the physiological aspect to this, when the speech, becoming superficial, not only does not possess power, but also simplifies the person's breath, which leads to the disruption of many physiological processes. The daily life should enrich our thinking. Especially when we use a language like Russian, where the emphasis is not on the root, as in English, but on the suffixes and prefixes. This allows us to scroll through the definitions before we say them, and increase the work of our brain.
In addition, the ability to pick up different definitions on one and the same theme allows us to develop the analysis function. This is important in the first place for the breathing, and in the second – it develops the thinking. That is, the speech should have a rhythm, consisting of efforts and pauses like a valve. No need to hurry to speak, unless we ask ourselves – do we really understand what we carry? Otherwise, we will only lose energy.
Topic of speech – this is a very big topic, and I would even say a sick one, because the incorrect (not matching the rhythm of our breath) speech not only oppresses us, but it is also harmful for the others, as pronouncing it in its natural for us format, we utter falsehood. Therefore, any excitement or affect is dangerous for the speech. So, if we want to understand the speech, we must first deal with our head, and then with the geometry of the speech.
