Effort
The effort is a characteristic of the human mind which allows it to meet human tasks.It is a specific physiological property of the body which is adjusted and controlled by the mind, also used by the man to accumulate his vital forces for resolving certain issues. The effort is a constantly maintaining state and depends on the process of the human development.
The effort has a number of levels. The highest level (achievement of a concentrated effort) is the ability of a person to achieve a maximum awareness in his own actions. The effort of will is a basic human effort when a person is learning to group his internal capabilities. The effort of will is related to the action of forcing yourself to do something and, the concentrated effort is a developed quality which comes from the experience of an ongoing development.
A development without any effort is impossible, because the challenge is to achieve the ability to overcome the dependence on the space, which for one reason or another is blocking the human effort. The concentrated effort does not require any constrain - it comes from another quality of state of mind. A person, who has reached such a state, does not require additional constrains either. Those who do not develop effort within them, develop a false effort when the uncontrolled human energy makes them obey an uncontrollable state.
A person, who wants to define his life and achieve realization, is doomed to understand what effort is needed for solving this problem. Until we develop the ability to analyze which also is a function of effort, we will only have a reaction on it. The knowledge of the effort is not located in the field of the information - it is located in the field of development.
